What I Do

I don’t start with a solution.
I start by understanding the problem.

Advice that arrives fully formed usually fits badly, because every business looks similar from a distance and turns out to be particular up close. So the first part of any conversation is spent on the situation itself rather than on what to do about it.

Below are three areas I explore, and where I may be able to help. They are described as areas rather than services, because that is honestly what they are at this stage.

What it covers

Thinking a choice through before it is made. Not being told what to do, but seeing the question clearly, with options separated and the real risk named rather than assumed.

Who it may help

Anyone carrying a decision that has been going round in their head for a while — about a business, a role, an idea or a direction.

What am I actually deciding here?
What would have to be true for this to work?
What does it cost me if I am wrong?
Am I choosing this, or avoiding something else?

Digital & AI Guidance

What it covers

Where modern tools genuinely save time or improve understanding, and where they only appear to. Research, productivity, digital understanding and staying safe online. Judgement stays with you.

Who it may help

Owners, managers and professionals who suspect these tools are useful but have not found a way in that relates to their own work.

Questions it addresses

Where would this actually save me time?
How do I know when the answer is wrong?
What should never be typed into these tools?
What is worth learning, and what is noise?

What I don’t offer

No guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on your market, your people, your suppliers, timing and your own execution — none of which I control, and I would be cautious of anyone who claims otherwise.
